to recreate the top layer of our wedding cake:
Our 1st Anniversary is coming up (on Easter Sunday) and I thought it would be nice to do since I just finished the first Wilton cake class. Since we've moved a lot and lived in three states since we married, saving the top layer of cake just wasn't going to happen. I think it's kind of gross anyway to eat a year-old frozen cake.
I am also hosting my first Easter dinner this year. Any ham recommendations???
